Having trouble stopping the run with my 3-4 defense.

I been playing the last two weeks and i been unable to stop the run with my 3-4 defense. It seems that i cant stop[ the run no matter how i try i come out in the soild set and i switch over to normal and under. But my opponets are killing me with slams and tosss and counter's and strech's plays no matter if i nano or fake blitz or send all my linebackers. So i ask the forum what can i do to correct this problem with my 3-4 run defense. If anyone or somebody has a answer to this could you offer me a hand and thanks im out i hope to hear from you soon alc

i do it well, but stopping run out of 3-4 you have to be good with controlling your linebackers though..

like i said n da forums shif line n linebackers n n place bothe mlb directly on top of both de's do dey look like dey blitzing ,u might dnt understand dis ima try make a video of it soon

yeah, just lab it for a few days...you should get the hang of it..
