Are there any good blitz packages out of 2-4-5 defense and 1-5-5 defense sets?

I just wanted to know are there any good blitz packages out of these two defense sets. I hear all the times that there are a lot of nanos from these two defense sets. When i go to practice i seem to get to the offense fine but once i take it to a game thats when stuff gose wrong for me.So i ask for some help on learning how to play these two defense set correctly.
