Anybody know of any nanos out of 3-4 soild defense?

Im still a little new to madden 10 game and i wanted to know did anybody know of any good nanos or kill blitzes out of the 3-4 soild defense set? I know you are not going to give up any of your money plays but a decent blitz or nanos would be cool and once i get my footing i would return the favor i promise. I got 4-3, Quarter, Nickel 2-4-5, Dime 3-2-6, Dime Normal but i rarely use 3-4 i`m not a fan
