Lab Session Tips.

As we all know, to those who participate in lab sessions find them very important. Lab's should be as enjoyable, and direct in helping as possible. We would all want the best lab experiences there can be. so if anyone has any tips or "two cents" to share, they are more than welcome from everyone.
