Labb Session Tips!?

Lab sessions are pretty much solely intended for practice, which is intended to help the gamer, and participants should have the best experiance possible. Lab's are an important element to those who participate in them.

I ask the community what are some good lab session tips.
All answers are more than welcome.

I can see this thread being filled with greatness.

Its great that we can have a discussion about how to lab, this is the best way to get an understanding of this hot subject.

Heres a few lab tips... when u just wanna play off or def. you can just punt the ball off constantly...

It works better when you have a mic... or cell.. giv your number to only ppl u trust
