Do anyone knows of a quick setup for DB blitz from dime normal?

Just thought i would ask if anyone knows of a setup for this play. I have try to pinch your d-line and reblitz the d-line along with taking the blitzing cornerback and placing him next to the de on the blitzing corner side. But i have been abuse by passing to uncover wideout or slide protection to the side of the blitzing corner. So i thought i would see if anyone in the heroes forum might know of another way in which this play would work. Thanks ALC

Yeah this play has terrible coverage on TE and RB/FB i avaoid this play completely
