Haveing trouble trying to play the 4-3 defense

I am having the hardest time trying to relearn how to play this defense set the 4-3. For starters i can't stop the run nor can i stop the pass biggains must be my name. I have try practice games against the cpu or a friend or 2 and im totaly confuse by this defense scheme. So i ask is there anyhelp that can be found thourgh the forums or is there a 4-3 person who can offer a little help or explain the right way to play this defense scheme. I can help you out. is it the 4-3 playbook or just the 4-3 formation in general?

It the 4-3 scheme in general like how to stop the run and also how to defend the pass. What defense sets are good to call when you need to bring heat. And what good coverage plays to use against the pass. As you can see i need to go back to school on learning the 4-3 defense ALC

4-3 Under is my favorite 4-3 formation, its the best to stop the run.

4-3 Normal has good pass defense plays, mid rush is one of my favorites, which is basically a cover 3 except its a zone blitz so it can confuse the offense.
