Anybody runs this D

If anybody uses the 4-3 Mid Rush,what is the correct way to set it up or do you run it as is?When I do it my Linebackers thats blitzing gets pancacked.So I'm wondering if any shifting is need by O line or D line.I"m on PS2

When i run this play I.....
1) flip the play
2) line up the defenders (triangle + right on the d-pad)
