This deal has final been done the knicks made the deal to get carmelo monday night from denver. In a 12 player deal package so to knicks fan you know are putting your big three in place now freeagency will finish this for you. Either chris paul or derron williams will be the final piece. Dont know but i will say that i think boston weaken their self by gettin rid of kendick perkins. To rely on shaq and jermaine oneal is a joke. I think the wear and tear of this season trying to stay on top of the eastern conference will get boston in a seven game series. Miami and chicago will battle but dont count out the knicks making it real tuff to get the crown in the east

I'm on the younger side, so I have experienced the 90s rivalries first hand, I know of them through knowing history of the game and watching footage. The East looks like its gonna be very competitive for years to come. Should be entertaining and enjoyable for fans.
