League/Tourny

Ok guys i talked to key and dj they are in for the league/tourny thing whatever you wanta call it.

Here`s the breakdown i`m hoping for at least 6 but 4 will do if thats what we get. We will have 2 divisions. Everyone in each division plays each other once for seeding. After the seeding is determined you will get your opponent for playoffs (Which will be someone from other division).

If we have 6 people i haven`t determined if both of the last place teams will be in the playoffs or if they will be a consolation game if anyone would like to post their thoughts on that it would be appreciated.

People that stay on m10 i don`t understand why they wouldn`t

Look we need to see who is really going to join up with this ideal. It seems like we have a ideal league or tournament and we dont get the final commitment to go futher with it. Look we need to see all the ps2 players on heroes need to say what are they going to do so that we are clear where we stand on this. Also we need to have a plan of action because ea has pronouce our sentence on this matter. We need to show that we are still going forward to continue to play our brand of madden football. Also murda has said that the roster from madden 11 can be add to madden 10 and thus give us a base to either do a league with this or weekly tournaments. While the servers are still up. So if you jrock and murda can lay the ground work maybe the rest of our members will come in also and make this event happen for our system and our forum community Just my 2cents worth ALC

Thats why i`m asking who`s in so we can find out who will play. I can speak for me key and dj that we can find ways to get games in are easy to get hold of but anyone else...?

IVE been so upset since the madden release ijust cant find it in me to still play online with last year roster its like were playing a bootleg game .iv tried next gen agin and it is the worst game ever you dont even feel like your playing theses next gen kids think there ballers but the dont know athing about football sim. i always wonder why eas dident take the ps2 engine and just update the graphics on ps3

I guess im up for this event... I want to at least have a memory of something good with our system, and we have to make something out of nothing. We need to begin as quickly as possible, but not rush it. Not sure on how much longer the m10 servers will be up, but I dont expect them to be down anytime soon but with EA you dont know what to expect, and they sure wont tell you anything... If we're doing this thing we got work to do.

Thats true...Do you have 2 friends that are interested because it doesn`t look like were getting anymore interest here. The divisions are pretty much going to be connects with DJ and doesn`t connect with DJ

My question is have you try to get some of the new guys to join in this venture. Also what about i hotroute getwins and cazz and runnigshooting and darkjedi and orthers that post and belong to the forum. This league or tourney ideal needs to be the one thing we all would be willing to do to play our brand of madden for this year. Way it looks not many players can hook up with the KID. You have too many guys that are here why havent you tooken the next step to get this jump off. Inorder to get something start here you have to put in the effort and the time. Just putting out a post isnt going to attract the players that you need to play in this . ALC

All you gotta do is,

Create rookies in Madden 10 that are in 11, then put free agents/ trades in their respective teams, then save. .... and if i remember correctly, the way i was shown in 07 was to save a spawn game file in your EA locker of the teams you want to play with (you vs your opponent).

i've been putting the word out, hitting guys out, giving out info, etc... guys just seem to not be interested. I think its due to it being madden 10 and not 11. 11 is just 10 with new rookies and no online... 10 with 11 rosters is pretty much 11. (get it?)

My question is if you can get the roster to fit onto 10 then what the problem? We seem to have guys always saying they want to be down with the stuff we talk about doing and then come up a big zero when it time for action. Now they say that FRONTING look you have ps2 guys looking for a way to play this year game. But we all know that isnt going to happen due to what ea done to shut us out of the playing field. So if we can make annoucement and see who might really want to play that might help. But again i say the members of our forum need to step up and join in this. But those are my thoughts this is your prodject and best of luck to you to get this thing moving. ALC

Look murda we are on the same side here. Is that kid rashbad is he a canadate for joining the league or tourney or what. Why havent the new guys been ask to join up with us in this venue. Also do you know any cool guys that still play on ps2 that might want to hook up and play until we can fiqure something else out. ALC
