Nano Blitz... Empty Nano Blitz...

Is there anyway i can pick up a nano blitz besides having 8 blockers? I played a guy that nano blitzed me all game and i didn`t have my cardinals so i was hopeless he got me 24-7 but i stopped tryn n 2nd half i was payin mo attention to the Pats/Bills game
