community roster project...

heres the deal..ea has yet to put out a roster update for ps2. if we all work together, we can do the rosters ourselves..(they will only be playable off-line, but its still worth a shot...)

im pretty much done w/ ratings...i have to do equipment, accurate player names, player releases, player signings, etc
