Top 5 Teams To Look Out For In Madden 11.
(Of course this is my opinion, voice your own opinion on the top teams to look out for in madden 11 if you would like!)
My Top 5 Teams To Look Out For In Madden 11!
5. Green Bay Packers
Offense
The packers have a well balanced offense, which is Led by Aaron Rodgers. A servicable back in Ryan Grant. Arguably one of the best receiving corps in the league, along with a tight end who developed very nicely recently. They drafted a new lineman to partially address the offensive line situation.
Defense
They have playmakers all over the place. Outstanding corner in Charles Woodson. Definately one of the better secondaries, a good linebacking corps, and a solid D-line.
Overall
Well balanced team as a whole, definately contenders every game.
4. Cincinatti bengals
Offense
The Bengals have a balanced offense. Led by Palmer, starting behind a big physical O-Line. Cedric Benson has come on strong recently. They brought in Terrell owens, and Antonio Bryant at the WR position, and drafted a new tight end in Jermaine Gresham which he can become a threat.
Defense
They have arguably the best CB tandem in the league in Hall and Joseph. With that alone they have a pretty good secondary. Good Linebacking corp to work with, and good D-line.
Overall
Solid team as a whole, they should be pretty good.
3. Dallas Cowboys
Offense
The cowboys brought in a new receiver in Dez Bryant. They are already a balanced offense, but bringing him in could make their offense that much better. Nice 3-headed monster in the backfield in Barber, Choice, and Jones who all have the skills to get the job done. They have the always reliable Jason Witten at the tight end position. And Romo seems to just be getting better.
Defense
Solid Defense. Pretty good CB tandem in Newman and Jenkins. Solid linebacking corp led by demarcus ware and a servicable D-line led by Jay Ratliff.
Overall
I expect them to be pretty good, definately contenders in every game.
2. New York Jets
Offense
The Jets are another team who have had one of the better off-seasons in the NFL. Santonio Holmes came over, and bolstered up their receiving corp even more. They lost the always reliable back Thomas Jones to free agency, but brung in L.T. as a replacement. They can pound the rock, Good running game behind that steller O-line, and a QB who can be a playmaker.
Defense
The Jets D is nasty. Led by by the outstanding Darrelle Revis at the CB position. They now have Antonio Cromartie, another corner who can be effecient. Drafted a rookie CB who should fit in good. They posses one of the better linebacking corps in the league, along with a solid D-line led by Kris Jenkins.
Overall
They are a balanced team, and they can definately cause headaches for opponents.
1. Baltimore Ravens
Offense
Flacco leading the offense, 3-headed monster in the backfield in Rice, Mcgahee, and Mcclain that can do damage. Solid O-line. They've added a few new weapons in the passing game. Anquan Boldin now on the squad. He is a physical receiver, can catch over the middle, and can run after the catch as well. He takes some pressure off of derrick mason (which was pretty much the ravens only real receiving threat for the last few years), which is huge. Bringing in the speedy Stallworth can stretch the field, and pissibly become that deep threat that they've lacked recently. The sure todd heap is backed by two rookie tight ends who can become playmakers.
Defense
The defense is always steller. The secondary led by Ed Reed. To some the only problem for concern is at the cornerback position, but the secondary as a whole can be effective. The great Ray Lewis leads the Linebacking corp, which can work wonders. Also adding another pass rusher to the bunch with Sergio Kindle. Defensive line anchored by the the massive haloti ngata, he and the rest of the gang could easily cause problems for offenses.
Overall
They are now a well balanced team that can attack on all cylinders, they should gel together very nicely.

It all depends on ratings. There are alot of good teams but speed is a main factor in madden and a player may be good but not have speed which really brings down the team

Re: Top 5 Teams To Look Out For In Madden 11.
I don`t pick my team until i get to see the rosters. I like to have a quick defense and at least 1 fast WR with a QB that can get them the ball i don`t need Peyton Manning just a solid QB

Re: Top 5 Teams To Look Out For In Madden 11.
haha of course you would put ravens at the top of your list, but good job bro.
5. Seahawks - Call me dumb or whatever but they got the weapons to do something.
4.Bengals - alot of speed on the team
3. Falcons - helped there D out in the draft, which was their only problem
2. Panthers - strong running game, strong defense, and a overhaul at the QB and WR positions, need i say more.
1. Jets - There gonna be like the Cowboys of the past couple years after they picked up all that talent.

True...Sometimes when you go deep say 30+ yds they will throw it 5-10 yds to a wide open LB pick 6. That makes me so mad

the bengals are servicable...there D is average at best (on the game) even though they have 2 outstanding corners.

Re: Top 5 Teams To Look Out For In Madden 11.
I see every year people always talking about the Ravens,Pats,Chargers, and Steelers but on the real I think the Colts represent the AFC. Don't get me wrong those are all good solid teams but them Colts always be right there in the mix every year or come so close to Super Bowl and all I ever hear is those other teams.Even with our simple but complex 3-wide offense. We gets no respect lol!!!!!!
