lol---I have MASTEREd allowing my opponent in successfully getting them,lol....Seems like everytime someone does on me, they GET it. I have tried 4 so far this season, and have been succesful absolutely NONE at all---sadly, twice my opponent actually RETURNED the onside attempt for a TD on me,lol..I do better doing a booch high kick and tried to get my guy down there before ball comes down, then just as the return man is setting u to catch the ball as it is coming down, get at an angle to the ball--FACING the BALL---and JUMP and swat at ball. So far, I successfully made the ball BOUNCE away from the return man by BATTING the ball AWAY before he catches it,lol...Used to be possible to run underneath ball and CATCH IT YOURSELF because most ballers USED TO MOVE their guy AWAY from area when you kicked high and near the sidelines---now, almost nobody is stupid enough to move their guy away anymore--lol...But like I said, it is possible and somewhat easy to get downfield and actually BAT DOWN the High Kickoff without touching (interfering with ) the return man----just not always easy to get the RECOVERY of the BATTED AWAY ball afterwards---its about 50-50 once you bat it--IF YOU BAT IT AWAY TOWARDS THE INNER AREA OF THE FIELD....Also, sometimes you get a perfect bat and all and can be sure your guy will recover ball--EXCEPT that the damm ball rolls out of bounds..Happens to be so so so often, Ill do a PERFECT run down field, get set up in perfect position to leap up and smack ball away and do so--then ball takes this painfully SLOW ROLL towards and then out of bounds----all while you have 2 or 3 stupid ass defenders WATCHING THE BALL roll right by them, or even in some cases TO THEM, but they DONT reach down and PICK UP THE FREAKING BALL (WTF?).... Long story short---I suck at kicking and recovering onside attempts--Period. If indeed you got a way to INCREASE the success rate, Holla out to us PLEASE!!! I want to THANK YOU in advanced, I for one think it is a wonderful display of gamemanship and also proof that you are a TRUE BALLER for anyone that lends a helping tip to a lesser baller. Most will not even consider doing so, muchless actually do it. Wonder what it is they fear? Is it competition? If so, to me that DEFEATS the purpose of playing online---its COMPETITION that makes the online experience fun and additing, isn't it? Is for me at least.
That said, beyond the shout out commending peeps like Kid doing his tips here over n over again, I always gotta keep in thoughts all of the tips and help that ImIt008 , MurdaMann, and Jrock have all so unselfishly given to me and Im sure others as well. If I had the skills and knowledge, I'd do exactly the same...Since I do NOT have such luxury of skills in Madden 2010, I can not myself offer even as much as I'd love too. I CAN HOWEVER offer help to anyone needing help with either Science or Mathematics---I teach both at High School level and teach Physics at the collegiate level ( at University of South Alabama and Citronelle HS in Mobile County, Alabama). So if anyone has need of help in Math, Chemistry, Physics just clue me in, Ill do whatever I can to help.
