NFL is extending exclusive license deal with EA sports.

This information has just came down the internet the NFL is extending their exclusive license deal with EA sports for another year. I guess due to the fact that the league might be in a shutdown for a little while. This deal was pass to allow that EA will get a favorable return on their investment with the NFL license. PART 2 TO this EA is now being sued by 2 gammers for their exclusive deal with the NFL. The gammers contend that once that EA sign this deal with the nfl that it gave EA an unfair advantage over the gamming market and industry. Allowing EA to run ruffshot over the consumer thus elimanating the compertiton. The suit file in washington DC goes on to say that once this agreement was sign that EA hold all the cards with in their hands. So there was no orther source you could get a football game unless it was EA and unless it was madden. The plantiffs say that such a monoply hurt the game and the consumer and took away their right to chose which game was better. Along with the money being spent at a higher rate for EA profit margin.
